Cham has been in the video industry for many years and is familiar with the entire production process of video advertisements and documentaries, from pre-production to post-production. She enjoys finding the most valuable parts of a story and presenting them to the audience with a fast-paced and focused style. She is dedicated to making the final cut both effective and additive to the audience. Throughout her career, she has participated in every stage of the production process and possesses mastery of most of the skills needed for video production. That makes Cham understands the work involved in every part of the video production process. She excels at facilitating better collaboration among teams at each stage as a director.

Outside of commercial filmmaking, you might often find Cham dancing on the dance floor at an underground music club or out on the streets with a camera, filming a documentary about local markets, daily life, or a vinyl record store.
